Me and the cow
Mobility in France and Germany. A dream come true.
When I was 15, I have decided to travel around the world. At that time, I tought, it’s an easy decision. I have started to work as a student, I’ve got every occasion to save some money. In 2 years I’ve succeed to spare that much, I was able to travel. At that time my dream was Paris. Anyhow, as a student I couldn’t save enough for accomodation, so my dream came true that I’ve got on my way with a backpack and tent. Finally I can say, that with 18 I discovered the city Paris alone with a backpack on my back. I made my wish came true.
This was the moment, when I fell in love with traveling. During my studies I’ve applied every possible tender. That’s how I had the opportunity to visit Germany in 2014 and France in 2015 in the frame of Erasmus +.
The person, who has encouraged me? I could say, naturally, that my mother was the one, who encouraged me as much as she could, mostly with words. From the side of my institute, Dr. Anikó Vári was the person, who wrote the tenders and coordinated the travel with a large work. I could also say, that my teachers, who have always guided me on the right way. Although, traveling is a kind of self-fulfilling for me, firstly I want to meet my own expectation and only after the other’s. These journeys prove us, that we can reach every place, we can get relations and knowledge, even we can improve ourself.
In 2014, when I went to Germany, as a landscape gardener studet, I found myself in a cow farm. What am I doing here? – asked myself. But the days have passed and with each hours I’ve got closer and closer to that work, finally I’ve really loved it. So my journey to Germany stays a beautifull rememberance for ever.
In France we went to a school, which has never met any exchange student before. That kindness and hospitality, what we have received, I’ve never experienced in my life before. We ate fantastic food, drank delicious wines, travelled to amazing places. They’ve showed and tought us numerous new things. Anyhow, the main point was, that they showed a totally new attitude, comparing to the one we lived at home.
In my opinion, all I’ve got, I thank to them. This is my story, this is Our Story.
