With COVID-19 outbreak came not only end of loads of opportunities, but also the door was opened to the new ones. And you are the lucky one if you have noticed them and started to use. Personally I prefer to be among those who are quick enough to see the opportunity and use it! When the idea of transformation of the real project into digital one came to my mind, I shared it with my colleagues and I was super lucky to be supported in its implementation. Since that moment almost every month I was involved in online seminars or workcamps which led to my expertise in this field. In this article I would like to share with you how I did my online campleading in a harmonious team with outstanding participants.
