Jessica schrieb mir folgenden Ablauf:
Wednesday: 12.25 arrival - I'll meet you at the airport and we will head directly to our centre for a lunch and a brief tour of our building and a chance for you to meet some people
After this, we will head to your accommodation (probably around 3 or 4).
I'll help you get settled in, and make sure you're set for the night.
Thursday: Time to be confirmed - I'll meet you at your accommodation in the morning and we'll travel to the youth centre together (so you can find your way)
Morning: This is when your official induction will begin! You'll get a proper tour of the building, meet everyone 'officially' and we'll go over some information about: - your volunteer work - your volunteering goals while at BRYR - your goals while in Dublin - our expectations of volunteers - basic info about who we are and what we do - your schedule - some options for your schedule - Questions etc. You'll also get your volunteer welcome pack at this point.
Lunch: We'll plan a lunch with some BRYR staff - either out at the local cafe or in the staff canteen
Afternoon: We'll visit some groups, i'll bring you around to some of the other projects/groups you will be working with, and seeing some of Ballymun.
Friday: This will be your first day of actually doing some voluntary work. Fridays are usually pretty quiet days for the building. You'll have the morning to yourself to get settled in, and do any running around that you might need to do, and then we'll have you into the centre from about 2.30-7 to work in our computer club with Elaine and Bernie.
Saturday and Sunday are all yours, and on Monday you'll get started with your regular work...
Also volles Programm!
Also geht's nun ins Bettchen!
Gute Nacht Lena
