Great moments in Cyprus - a poem

Thanks for every single moment, which I share with each of you!
Meine Geschichte is about my international Erasmus family,
welche had been für mehr als 150 days my wonderful company.
On purpose I have no Namen genannt as the persons,
who waren Teil des Auslandsemesters in Cyprus werden for sure erkannt.
Unsere story began in Nicosia city center,
bei strahlend sunny and hot weather.
Kulturschock for all of us,
but fast sofort we agreed einstimmig, that it causes as well a lot of Spaß.
Ordering food online und “kochen (um-)lernen” with pan cake mix
taught by amazing American people war noch gar nix.
Wir blieben cool as a cucumber, while we drunk einige Tassen tea
and tried to keep our conversations wie in Amerika “PG”.
Drinking frappe on the sunny balcony während studying hard,
war immer an excuse of the mens Vollbart.
Die beste Pizza von “bake’n’take”, pot partys or internationales Dinner,
had been always a Geschmackserlebnis für unsere Sinne.
The dancefloor im Ithaki with dance moves zum Rauchen gebracht,
wearing cool caps, international English and viele Selfies,
so haben wir on Wednesdays, die ein oder andere Nacht zum Tag gemacht.
Wir verbrachten viele Stunden together mit walking and waiting for the never punctual bus to university
und lernten how to be never in a rush.
For some of us university was soo easy, weswegen they didn’t care about grades
und bevorzugten instead sun, beach and waves.
Durch listening to live “Potata”-Werbung and viele Gespräche about love, das Leben und cultural difference
wurden wir bereichert mit tons of laughing moments sowie mit a broad horizon and a lot of tolerance.
Playing ein Strategiespiel called fireball at “the place to be”,
sharing daily smiles, many walks through the Cyprus streets,
Auto fahren on the left side and unzählige trips to the sea
made OUR time abroad auf der Insel im Mittelmeer kind of perfect and sweet.
