"I will sing my music, the purest music." (S.) Reper Husky
What is solidarity? What is its difference in the European Union and other places of our blue planet? I will answer these questions in my essay.
In my opinion, solidarity is the support of people in the workshop, even in difficult life situations. How it made the Rus rep community. And to be tolerant of any manifestation of creativity that the power structures of the Russian Federation did not do.
Looking at the photo, you might think "What kind of screaming cretins?"
In 2018, the authorities foiled more than 40 concerts. In 2018, concerts were canceled all over Russia. The scenarios were different: sometimes they called the club, and the administration refused the musicians on their own; sometimes, on the premises, sudden inspections of Rospotrebnadzor began, and in some cases, the authorities acted directly, right up to searches involving riot police and SOBR. The wave of breakdowns of concerts became one of the main themes in the year, which was discussed both in society and at the highest state level.
On November 7, YouTube blocked the Husky "Judah" video. Prior to this, the artist canceled several concerts: in Rostov-on-Don, Tolyatti and Volgograd. The reason was the demands of law enforcement. The court of Krasnodar arrested rapper Husky on November 22 for 12 days under the article on disorderly conduct: after the breakdown of a concert in Krasnodar, the rapper went out to the fans and performed his song for them from the roof of the car. Artist did not admit guilt After the actor was double-faced in Krasnodar, he went out to the fans and sang in front of them, climbing onto the roof of a parked car. Almost immediately after that, he was taken by the police. In court, Husky pleaded not guilty. November 23, the two venues refused to IC3PEAK in Kazan, and the third, where the concert did take place, 40 minutes after the start of the performance, the police came. Prior to this, the duo changed three sites in Nizhny Novgorod for the same reason.
The concert entitled “I will sing my music” was held on Monday, November 26 in the Moscow club “Glavklub Green Concert”. According to Oksimiron, now Husky cannot freely express himself and perform, and “his future concerts are also in jeopardy,” so all the proceeds from the event will be sent to him. All tickets were sold out a few hours after the announcement of Oxxxyimiron
“In our country, frequent abolition of concerts and intimidation of performers. Artists are blamed for the problems of society, because it’s easier than to tackle these very problems, ”wrote Oxxxyimiron in his instagram. - This is chaos. We can not share the views of Husky, do not understand his music or actionism, but at the same time must fundamentally support him in this difficult moment. <...> The speech here is not only and not so much about Huskies, as about all of us and our future. ”
The same is true for the IC3PEAK group. The concert of the duet IC3PEAK in Perm was canceled, human rights activist Pavel Chikov said in a telegram:
Yesterday, Alexander Kozenkov, head of the administration of the Leninsky district of Perm, asked the organizers to refuse musicians to the concert because of the “suicidal orientation” of their texts. David Shelter, art director of the bar Michurin, where the concert was to take place, said that he would not cancel anything unless the authorities provide a document confirming in any way the illegality of IC3PEAK’s creativity or their activities. However, the speech was nevertheless canceled today: Shetler was called before the police. The event was supposed to start at 19:00.
The concert was supposed to be held yesterday at the Cape Town club, but all the tickets were sold out and therefore, according to the organizers, the event was moved to another venue - to Michurin.
From this it follows that Russia has begun a whole wave of a ban on concerts of certain musicians, whose texts, in the opinion of government officials, are inclining listeners to suicide, as well as to using drugs and alcohol. A post about it with a hashtag organized in response to the actions of the authorities flashmob #ябудупетьсвоюмузыку
Thanks to a flash mob and a mass concert, tickets for which were sold in a couple of hours (and the club accommodates 6,000 people), the rapper Huskies were released.
This is solidarity in my understanding. People took the same stage, although they don’t share each other, and came forward to mentally and physically support a person who is under pressure from the authorities. I am glad when my people and citizens of my country do not just say empty words and promises, but come out and act. And music is a great and only force in my opinion, which is stronger than all laws, power structures and presidents. Which will not betray you. And makes you free.
Music plays a major role in my life. And this is not only rap. I listen to different kinds of music: rock, jazz, classic, reggae, indie, electric punk. And I am glad that by participating in the project I could enjoy the music of other countries, cultures and customs.
