We talked about the corporate culture of NGOs and its impact on work efficiency, discussed the desired image of our MC in 10 years,
determined the priorities of the participants of the organization and correlated them with the activities of the MC both in the present and in the future.
The discovery and growth zone for us was the discussion of the possible integration of the club in the regional sector of NGOs. And the apotheosis of the entire meeting is the very strategy of the club’s development, on which we will continue to work independently.

Analyzing the last training, I understand that brainstorming under the guidance of Alexey helped to achieve a lot:

In addition, in the course of the work, I was able to endure something for myself. Such things may become turning points in life, because Aleksei draws your attention to what you might have suspected, but never fully shaped your head. This makes, returning home at eight in the evening, sit at the desktop and continue to develop the thoughts that appeared during work. The body groans something like, “today we only spent three hours on the road, stop,” but the brain feverishly works and refuses to stop.
Such events need to participate from time to time in order to escape from the routine of everyday life, stop, look around, shake things up and stop staying at the university / office / classroom. Get out of your comfort zone, maybe. And then something very interesting begins! Summing up, I can say that I did not regret how I spent one of the few weekends before the session at the university. ”

The world is developing at a frantic pace. And in order to keep up with its course, a person needs to be in constant search for new information, knowledge and strive for self-improvement.
So, the friendly team of the youth organization is in constant movement to new challenges and once again meets with the trainer of the Mobile World project. This time, our guest and coach was highly erudite, competent and simply charming - Alexey Arbuzov. Alexey, as a competent specialist and “professional in his field,” was able, through theory and practical tasks, to convey to Togliatti youth important aspects of the “Game Technologies” topic.
For 8 hours, the guys mastered the skills of team building; learned to “communicate” with each other in different circumstances, including stressful ones; using their knowledge and techniques, we developed our own game situations for solving one or another problem.
This Sunday became useful both for regular activists and for newcomers, who were lucky enough to take part in the project for the first time, being in their own city.
“It was a great day, Alexey was great, she told everything correctly. I am very happy that I came and spent my time at the training, ”said Ernest Lichtner, who has been a member of a youth organization since September of this year.
Marina Pisina, former Modellierton chairman, shared her opinion on the seminar:
“Participation in such an event for a youth organization is a great opportunity to inspire everyone and gain invaluable knowledge for us as a team. We are doubly lucky: with such a wonderful and competent coach, like Alexei Arbuzov, there will be enough charge for countless feats! The theme “Game Technologies” was revealed from different, sometimes unusual, sides - there was both theory and practice. The day was fascinating, perky and informative. In the process, we were able to discover new facets of our capabilities, to direct our work experience to the right working course. ”
Bright and positive emotions remained with other participants of the seminar. So, another participant of the seminar spoke about his impressions - our language assistant from Russia Oleg Retuntsev: “Das Training hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sie hat außerdem durch die Übungen gezeigt wie ein Team funktionieren kann und wie im Team zusammen gearbeitet werden sollte ". Despite the difficulties in understanding the Russian language, Till easily joined the workflow and was very impressed by the atmosphere of fun and creativity.
Alexey Arbusov himself expressed his vision of the past seminar: “Meeting with the youth organization Modellierton in the framework of the work program of the Mobile World project was a very interesting experience for me! Working with the guys at the training was very productive, and the friendly and cozy atmosphere created by the organization’s activists helped us to achieve even better results! Most of all I was inspired by the openness of the guys to new knowledge and active interaction with each other! Informative blocks and exercises on Game Technologies and Team Building not only became a step towards the development of certain skills, but also helped Modellirton participants to analyze the processes taking place within their team and even to plan their work for the near future! In my turn, I will be interested in the processes and new stages in the development of the organization and sincerely rejoice at the success of the youth organization Modellierton.
For our part, we once again thank for the superbly conducted seminar, and we hope that this training will be a start for our further interaction, and of course, we are waiting for her again as a guest!
