Every day of the Academy was filled with many bright events, emotions and impressions. The main focus was on work in groups in each of the areas. At the end of the project, the guys had to give their numbers at the final gala concert.
Particular attention was paid to theatrical direction, since 2019 in Russia was declared the year of the theater. Each of the guys got a role in a theatrical production, on which they worked on the project together with the referent. The choreographer with an extraordinary style worked with the participants in the choreographic direction, who not only prepared numbers for the gala concert with them, but also taught the children to work on the style and discover new interesting directions in themselves. In the vocal direction, the participants learned German songs and worked to improve the quality of vocals under the guidance of a professional vocalist. In the direction of "directing events" was attended by activists of youth clubs who are engaged in organizing events on the ground. An experienced director told the participants about all the important points in organizing events. The guys shared their experience of their work and were engaged in the development of the script, musical accompaniment for the final gala concert.
In addition to the work on the areas within the project, clubs for German fans were held, where the guys learned German in a game form: they listened to German music, painted posters, and studied vocabulary on the subject of “art”. Also, the guys attended creative workshops, participated in team competitions and prepared German pastries: krebli and rivelkuhen.
On one of the days of the project, an acquaintance with Alexander Dering and Yevgeny Ernst, who, through a story about themselves and their activities, introduced the children to the Creative Association of Russian Germans, was held in a meeting.
The Creative Academy ended with a festival of German culture and a gala concert, which took place in Zoll, in the city of Rheine. Festival guests attended a master class in applied arts, played board games with a native speaker, Dimitri Krenz, decorated cookies and danced a German polka! At the gala concert, the guys showed the audience their brilliant results, which they managed to achieve on the project.
The concert was very bright, creative and memorable! Georgy Klassen, Chairman of the Inter-Regional Coordination Council of Germans in Western Siberia, shared his impressions: “What we saw today on the stage is worthy of the highest praise. Such concerts and events tell us that the creativity of our youth has not dried up, and this gives us great hopes - we hope that in the near future we will see the same equally impressive events and projects. ”
At the official closing of the Academy, which took place on the basis of the park-hotel on the same evening, the participants were awarded certificates, and the assistants received letters of thanks. The reviewers wished their children further creative success, and Uliana Gorkunova, an instructor in the vocal direction, commented on the results of the project: “To assemble such a concert in two days, without knowing each other, to make such cool numbers - well, it’s just unreal!”. Indeed, the guys have done a great job! All participants received a lot of positive emotions, impressions and, of course, new acquaintances!
